Angela Coullard memorial scholarship established at LSSU

A community of family and friends have banded together to endow a scholarship fund in the memory of Angela May Coullard. The 14-year-old Sault Area High School student succumbed Feb. 24, to injuries she suffered in an auto accident. [more]
