Suzanne Oga of Bay Mills identified the two in this picture as (L-R) her late husband Walter Edward Oga and Joe Passage. It was taken ca. 1953 in Raco, Mich. She said that she had just bought the blue sundress and needed to take it up as it was too long for her. The two men were fooling around and Joe put it on.
