Boys & Girls Club wins big at chili cook-off

Bay Mills Boys & Girls Club walked away with two awards at the 4th annual United Way Chili Cook-off, held Tuesday, Sept. 13. The club was honored for "Best Booth" and "People's Choice."

At left (L-R), Jeanne Bedell, Joan Jerman and Diane Teeple pose in the winning booth. Not pictured are Casey Munz, Jennifer Bell and Wendy Jamros, all of whom lent a hand in creating the structure that took eight hours to complete.
