Bay Mills Substance Abuse hosts 'Halloween Havoc'On Oct. 27, the Bay Mills Substance Abuse Program hosted "Halloween Havoc." Those who attended took part in fun-filled festivities including an assortment of games, pumpkin decorating and carving.
