Brimley High School Students of the Month- Kaitlyn Hope and Frank St. George have been named the Brimley High School Students of the Month for March.
Hope is the daughter of Tom and Sue Hope, and is currently a sophomore at Brimley. She is actively involved in basketball, volleyball, track, youth group and is sophomore class vice president. She is the youngest of four children. Hope plans to pursue a nursing degree at the University of Michigan upon graduation. Her favorite subject is mathematics and she currently has a 3.8 grade point average.
According to her teachers she is a very hardworking and determined student who is always polite and trustworthy, excelling in all areas of academic challenge.
St. George is the son of Sue VanSickle and Duane St. George, and is currently a junior at Brimley. He is active in basketball, football and baseball for the Bays. He plans to attend university to play football, or any sport, after he graduates in 2007. At this time he is unsure of what his major will be. His favorite subject is science.
According to his teachers St. George has been working very hard this month on his grades and has improved his attitude and behavior, citing "he deserves this award."
