Bay Mills Medical Center asks for return of equipment

BAY MILLS - The staff of Bay Mills Health Center asks community members to return borrowed medical equipment as soon as possible. Equipment such as crutches and nebulizer machines are often loaned to patients who need them, but the clinic has had a hard time getting the equipment returned.

"We would appreciate the quick return of these items," said Clinic Director Walt Parish, "so other patients may utilize them."

Also, donations of medical items are needed and greatly appreciated, according to medical staff. The clinic tries to keep medical supplies on-hand so community members don't have to drive to town to pick them up.

Patients who have borrowed items from the medical center, or who have items they would like to donate, are encouraged to contact the health clinic at 906-248-5527. Items may be dropped off at any time during normal office hours - Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
