Carrick joins Biological Services staff

NEW HIRE - Bay Mills tribal member Justin Carrick has joined Bay Mills Biological Services as fisheries intern for the summer. Carrick recently left his position as a prison officer to pursue a career in natural resources. His duties as an intern will include data entry, various fish assessments and repairing fisheries equipment.

Carrick anticipates completing his general education work at Bay Mills Community College in the fall and beginning studies in fisheries and wildlife management. He and his wife Joyce have three children and reside in Bay Mills.
