Students compete in Michigan Industrial Technology Education Awards

Twenty students from Brimley Area Schools industrial arts classes competed in the Michigan Industrial Technology Education Awards during the weekend of May 19. For the first time the convention was held locally on the campus of Lake Superior State University. Projects ranged from large furniture pieces to intricate smaller pieces, such as the goose call made by Brimley senior Nick Friez shown above.
