Each person was given a pedometer and a daily log to keep track of their steps. At the end of the eight-week program, a total of 13,007,645 steps were logged, or 6,504 miles.

A luncheon was held on May 11 to recognize all participants completing the program. Each person received a program T-shirt and a six-pack of water.
A grand prize drawing was also held. Each person received one entry for completing the program and had a chance to earn additional entries by attending special exercise groups and meetings.
