Attention Bay Mills Indian Community tribal members:

You may qualify for the adult medical program through Chippewa County Department of Human Services. If you qualify, this program could help cover medical office visits, emergency room visits, lab and X-ray services, and some pharmacy medications. The Bay Mills Health Clinic does have applications on hand and staff will mail your application in for you. Some tribal members did receive letters from the Contract Health Office.

Please stop by and pick up an application if you did not sign up already. This program will only be open until June 30. If you have any questions, please contact Dawn LeBlanc at 906-248-5527, ext. 3153, or call 906-632-3377.
